Deleting your data

Most of your data deletes itself on a schedule. Anything left, you can have removed by sending one email.

This runs as a storage lifecycle rule, so it happens whether or not you ask.
Deleting a single job now
Email bigbowl.yuan@gmail.com from your account address with the filename or the job ID shown in the console. We delete that job's files and its record within 7 days, and confirm by reply.
Deleting your whole account
Email bigbowl.yuan@gmail.com from your account address with the subject "Delete my account". We remove your account record, your job records and any artifacts still inside their retention window within 30 days, and confirm by reply. Your sign-in credential lives with Google, not with us — after deletion you may also want to remove CertTwin from your Google account's connected apps.
What we may keep
If we have charged you, we keep the minimum billing record that tax law requires — the amount, the date and the invoice reference. That record contains no document content and no filename.
